        New Resolution!

Remember that TV commercial that said, "When E.F. Hutton Talks people listen", well when our customers tell us that eliminating surprises  at closing is important, we listened. 

What could be more frustrating than thinking you are set to buy your dream home and be told, "Oh, by the way.  The bank's underwriter is asking for one more thing."  My resolution is to continue to build upon the same principles that caused me to start Alamo Mortgage, and that is to create a system that keeps in touch with clients and avoid surprises.  Let me tell you about just two things that we are doing to steer clear of last minute debuggers.
